Soya Chunk Lollypop Sous Chef, BLVD Nasik Chef Soya chunks soak and strain - 100g Boiled potato, peeled & grated - 2 Onion, finely chopped - 2 tbsp. Sugarcane stick 4 inch each - 10 Corn (fresh / frozen) - 3 tbsp. Kashmiri red chilli powder - ½ tsp. Garam masala powder - ¼ tsp Salt to taste In a large mixing bowl take chopped, soaked and strained soya chunks, peeled & grated boiled potatoes, onion, corn, chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, ginger-garlic paste and salt to taste. Add bread crumbs and mix well. Make maida paste and keep aside. Roll balls from the mixture and dipped it in the maida paste. Insert a sugarcane stick and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry in Godrej Oil on medium flame till veg lollipop turns golden brown. Godrej oil will help to give a nice bright colour to the soya lollipop Serve with schezwan sauce.
