Roulasi Kebab Sous Chef, BLVD Nasik Chef Cottage Cheese - 100g Spinach - 200g Garlic-chop - 50g Cheese - 150g Tomato Ketchup - 1tsp Take paneer and cut them in slices and blanch them. Keep aside. Take a pan and heat on low flame. Add some Godrej Sunflower oil, chopped garlic, chopped onion and sauté. Put chopped boiled spinach and sauté well for a while. Add cheese and the stuffing is ready. Take blanched paneer, add stuffing and roll it to shallow fry in Godrej Sunflower oil. Mix together white sauce & red sauce. Add garam masala, kitchen king masala and stir. This sauce is ready. Pour the prepared sauce on a serving dish, place the paneer rolls and garnish with black and green olives and parsley. Serve immediately. Method Ingredients Godrej Sunflower Oil - 1 cup.
