Waffle Sandwich Third Year Student - Arun Muchala College of Hotel Management Chef Melted butter - 2 tbsp Mashed potatoes - 1 cup (a little more or less is okay) Milk room temperature - ¼ cup All-purpose flour (maida) - ½ cup Salt - As required Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp Take mashed potatoes in a bowl, add melted butter and Mix them well. Add milk and all-purpose flour, grated mozzarella cheese, salt as per taste, chilli flakes and peri peri seasoning. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed well. Preheat the waffle maker for 5 mins and brush it with oil on the both the sides to give the waffles a nice crusty look. Pour the mixture into the preheated waffle maker and cook for 7 -10 mins Meanwhile, slice some tomato, onion & capsicum and keep aside. Take few skin of potatoes and brush them with Godrej Oil, add some seasoning and bake them in preheated oven for 10-12 mins On waffle apply mayonnaise and top it with the sliced vegetable and serve them with your favourite sauce and potato skin chips Method Ingredients Peri Peri - ½ tsp Small Tomato Small Onion Small Capsicum Mayonnaise - ¼ cup Godrej Oil - 5 ml 42
