Mawa Burfi Executive Chef, Radission Goregoan Chef Method Heat pan on medium high. Add khoya, sugar and fry until sugar melts and khoya becomes soft. Add cardamom powder to this mixture and set in a greased tray. Let it cool, once the mawa is set, cut this burfi into desired shape. Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the almonds and cashew nuts and garnish the Burfi.
