Potato Basket/Bowl Take boiled potatoes and scoop out the potatoes from inside to make it look like a basket. Shallow fry the potatoes in 2-3tsp of Godrej Sunflower Oil till golden brown. Keep them aside on a tissue paper to soak excess oil. Chaat Mix papaya, american corn, pomegranate, macaroni pasta, coriander leaves, onion, mash potatoes, green chilies in a bowl. Mix them well and add salt, red chili powder, mixed herbs, red chili flakes & chat masala and keep aside. Layer the potato basket with grated beetroot at the base. Add the chat mix till half level and pour melted butter. Repeat the last step till it is full. Garnishing Add macaroni pasta, few seeds of pomegranate & corn. Sprinkle red chili powder and chat masala. Add grated cheese & a sprig of coriander. Steam the potatoes in steamer and allow cheese to melt. Chutney Mint leaves - ¾ cup, Coriander leaves - ½ cup, Green chilies - 4-5nos, Ginger - ½ inch, Garlic - 4-5 cloves Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste.
