Crispy Cheese Balls Chef Trainer & Free Lancer - DY Patil College of Hotel Management Chef Buffalo mozzarella cut in 3 pcs - 150g Tomato sauce - 20g Basil pesto - 10g Rocket salad - 10g Bread crumbs - 150g Corn starch - 50g Godrej sunflower oil - 500ml Cherry tomato - 2nos Ingredients Basil leaves - 100g Roasted pine nuts - 40g Garlic cloves - 2nos. Parmesan cheese - 20g Olive oil - 40ml Godrej Ground nut oil - 20ml Salt - 5g Method Basil pesto Take all ingredients and put in a blender jar and give it a quick 20 seconds mix on low speed. Store Basil pesto in bottle or container in refrigerator. Crispy Cheese Balls Mix water in corn starch to make a batter and dip mozzarella pieces into it and then roll in bread crumbs. Follow this process two times to get better result after frying. Heat Godrej Sunflower oil in a pan on medium fire. Fry breaded buffalo mozzarella pieces one by one till golden brown. Arrange crispy cheese balls in a plate and drizzle pesto and tomato sauce around it. Garnish with rocket salad leaves. 22
