Heat Godrej Rice Bran Oil in a nonstick pan on low flame and add chopped garlic. Spread the sliced potatoes in the pan and add cream, grated cheese, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and oregano. Repeat the process and adjust the seasoning. Cover with lid and keep it on low flame for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes check the potato for tenderness. Remove from heat and place it on a serving plate and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
