Cheesy Poppers Ingredients Boiled and mashed Potato - 4nos Mozzarella cheese - 100g Salt - As per taste Black pepper powder - 1 tsp Chopped green chilly - 2 Chopped coriander - 2-3 tsp Method Add mashed potato, salt, chopped green chilli, coriander, 3 spoon corn flour, black pepper and Italian seasoning to a bowl. Mixed all the ingredients well. Make small round balls and fill mozzarella cheese in the center. Take 1 spoon corn flour in a bowl add 2 spoon water and make thick slurry. Dip prepared balls in corn flour slurry and then roll in breadcrumbs. Keep these balls in refrigerator for approx. 30 min. Heat Godrej Sunflower Oil in a heavy-bottom pan and fry the cheesy balls on medium flame. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve hot cheesy poppers with tomato ketchup.
