Arbi Ke Danthal Ki Sabzi Executive Chef - The Club Chef Ingredients Wash the stalks & leaves thoroughly with warm water, chop and keep them aside. Add Godrej Groundnut Oil in a pan, when the oil gets hot, add asafoetida, cumin, mustard seeds, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and fry them. Add onion and fry till it gets translucent and then add tomatoes. Let is cook for 2 more minutes, add coriander, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and cook the masala well. Add chopped colocasia stalks and sauté a little. Add 1/4 bowl of water to this masala and cover the pan. When the water dries up and the stalks become tender, add colocasia leaves, garam masala, cover and cook for another minute. Garnish with green coriander and serve with hot chapattis or parathas. Method Colocasia stalks - 400g Colocasia leaves - 6nos Onion finely chopped - 1no Ginger & Garlic paste - 1tsp Tomatoes finely chopped - 1no Finely chopped green chillies - 1 Cumin - ½ tsp Mustard - ½ tsp Asafoetida (Hing) - A pinch Coriander powder - ½ tsp Turmeric powder - ½ tsp Chilli powder - ½ tsp Garam masala - ½ tsp Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp Salt - As per taste Godrej Groundnut oil - 4 tbsp Green coriander - As required 11
