Heat a heavy-bottom pan, add Godrej Peanut Oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds till it crackles. Add fine chopped onion, cook till translucent. Add cube potato and cook till half done Add powder spices except chat masala. Cook potato till full done. Reduce the flame and add cream, butter into the mixture. Finished the recipe with chopped coriander leaves & chat masala. Serve hot Malai Chatpate Aloo with any Indian bread.
