Ajwain Ke Patte Ke Pakode Senior Sous Chef - The Mirador Chef Ajwain leaf - 10nos Water - 3 cups Besan - 1 cup Rice flour - ½ cup Roasted jeera - 1tsp Ingredients To prepare the batter, mix water, besan, rice flour, roasted jeera, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, baking soda in a small bowl and add salt to taste Dip each ajwain leaf in the batter and fry in hot sesame oil until golden brown.
