Ingredients
Jowar flour | 1 cup/s |
Cumin seeds (Jeera) | 1 tablespoon/s (tbsp) |
Green chillies (finely chopped) | 1 tablespoon/s (tbsp) |
Buttermilk | 0.5 cup/s |
Onion (finely chopped) | 1 piece/s |
Tomato (finely chopped) | 1 piece/s |
Ginger garlic paste | 2 tablespoon/s (tbsp) |
Salt | to taste |
Method
- Create a mix of jowar flour, buttermilk and water. Add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, garlic-ginger paste and salt and mix well.
- Put a little oil on the non-stick pan and spread the prepared mixture in a circular shape. Heat in oil until it becomes brown on either side.
- Remove from the pan and serve with tomato and green chilli chutney
