Ingredients
Cherry tomatoes | 10 piece/s |
Boiled spinach | 1 cup/s |
Boiled corn | 1 cup/s |
Eggs | 3 piece/s |
Milk | 2 cup/s |
Salt | to taste |
Nutmeg | 0.5 teaspoon/s (tsp) |
Butter | 1 tablespoon/s (tbsp) |
Method
- Beat warm milk with eggs. Add butter along with seasonings.
- Add all the vegetables in the tarts. Pour milk along with some cheese.
- Bake in the preheated microwave oven till it is set and a little golden on top.
