Snack smartly with these Mixed Herb Crackers
A recipe for savoury crackers to help beat those 5pm hunger cravings.

Ingredients
All purpose flour (maida) | 240 gram (g) |
Godrej sunflower oil | 4 tablespoon/s (tbsp) |
Dried mixed herbs | 2 tablespoon/s (tbsp) |
Parmesan powder | 3 tablespoon/s (tbsp) |
Sea salt | to taste |
Parchment paper | 2 piece/s |
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix all the ingredients, except the sea salt and make a soft dough.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a thin sheet between two sheets of parchment paper.
Let the rolled sheet chill in the fridge for 5-7 minutes.
Cut into desired shapes using a cookie cutter or a sharp knife. Drizzle some sea salt on them.
Bake at 180°C for 15-17 mins or until the crackers get a little colour.
Serve with your favourite healthy yogurt dip and enjoy!
