Celebrate a special day or milestones in your family with this extremely healthy Ragi Kheer. Ragi is highly nutritious and is considered a superfood by nutritionists. It is the best millet for diabetics and people who are intolerant to gluten.

Ragi flour 1 cup
Milk ½ litre
Khoya 1 cup
Ghee 2 cups
Cardamom 1 tbsp, ground
Sugar to taste

Heat the milk till it becomes slightly thicker. Roast the khoya and ragi separately in ghee.
Mix the ragi with the thickened milk, add sugar and cover it for 15-20 minutes. Garnish it with the roasted khoya and cardamom powder before serving.
