With layers of grapes, apples, blackberries, pineapples and crunchy pecans, meet the most summery salad ever. Simply add in the fruits to make this salad, and mix with a sweet, delicious dressing for a dessert to remember.
For the honey-lemon yogurt dressing
Healthy Alternatives honey 1 to 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp, freshly squeezed
Healthy Alternatives Greek yoghurt ½ cup
Lemon zest ¼ tsp
For the fruit salad
Apples 2 cups, thinly sliced
Grapes 2 cups
Fresh pineapple 2 cups, diced
Blackberries 1 cup
Pecans 1 cup, halved
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey in a small jar. Stir or shake well to blend. Stack the fruits one above the other in a large salad bowl and add pecans on the top. Pour the yogurt mixture into the fruit salad and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.
