Chilla made from jowar flour, is gluten-free and a good source of protein. Jowar improves immunity in children and is good for muscle and bone development. It is delicious and can be made tastier by adding paneer or methi.
Jowar flour 1 cup
Cumin seeds (Jeera) 1 tbsp
Green chillies 2tbsp finely chopped
Buttermilk ½ cup
Onion 1 finely chopped
Tomato 1 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Put a little oil on the non-stick pan and spread the prepared mixture in a circular shape. Heat in oil until it becomes brown on either side.
Remove from the pan and serve with tomato and green chilli chutney.
