Hungry? Whip up this quick and super delicious Chicken pakoda

Convenience home cooking has emerged as one of the biggest food trends for 2019, and this delicious and easy-to-make pakoda is sure to delight everyone who tries it. Pakodas are arguably one of India’s most favourite tea-time snacks; there are so many varieties of pakodas as we travel across the country. Chef Rahul Bhukesh presents a new twist on the familiar pakoda with Yummiez Sheek Kabab.

Ingredients


Yummiez Chicken Lucknowi Seekh Kebab 2
Fine besan (gram flour) 300g
Baking powder 2g
Table salt to taste
Coriander 10g, chopped
Green chilli 10g, finely chopped
Water 2 cups
Chaat masala 5g
Oil for frying

Method
Cut the Yummiez Lucknowi Seekh Kebab in to bite sized pieces.

Make a batter using besan, baking powder, chopped green chilli, coriander and water. Let the batter rest for a while and let it rise a bit.
Heat the oil in a wok on medium flame. Dip the seekh kebab pieces in the besan batter and deep fry till golden brown. Remove from oil and dab the fried seekh kebab on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Sprinkle chaat masala on the kebab and serve it with your favourite dip.
