Sieve the flour in a mixing bowl. Add in the sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla essence and softened butter to the flour.
Mix all the ingredients together into smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for an hour in the refrigerator. Remove it and roll out small portions of it on a well-ducted floured surface approximately to 2mm thickness. Cut with a round cutter.
Place the dough inside the smaller ring. Trim its edges and repeat this process with the rest of the dough. Bake the shells at 160 degree Celsius till half-baked for approximately 10 minutes.
In a pan, boil cream and add the dark chocolate to it. Stir till the chocolate melts and remove the mixture from the heat. Beat in the eggs and add it to the chocolate mixture.
Pour it into the half-baked sweet paste tart shells and bake them at 150 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
Once baked, set in the fridge to chill. Before serving, garnish with the fresh diced mangoes. Add sliced pistachio slivers on the side of the tart and dust with icing sugar.
