2019 is expected to be the year of micro cuisines and hyper-regional cuisines, according to the latest edition of the Godrej Food Trends Report. As diners develop an increasing interest in regional food, micro-cuisines of specific sub-regions and communities in India are expected to be in the spotlight this year.
