Health, wellness and fitness were the key themes of FBAI Dialogues 2018 and it reflected in the delicious brunch that participants indulged in. From salads to desserts, the healthy spread was one of the highlights of the conference. Here’s a look at some of the mouth-watering dishes that were on offer
  • This pretty-as-a-picture burrata was just one of the ingredients that diners could put together to make their own salads. Also on display were cherry tomatoes, olives, mixed greens and micro herbs.

  • A healthy prawn and quinoa salad that had the perfect contrast of textures and flavours.

  • The refreshing mezze platter with different varieties of hummus, dips and salads such as tabbouleh was a treat for those who love Middle Eastern food.

  • Cute reminders such as these to stop eating and drinking CRAP – Carbonated drinks, Refined sugar, Artificial food and Processed food!

  • Various fruits and veggies came together to form these colourful (and healthy) juice shots.

  • A humble breakfast dish got an exotic twist for brunch. Quinoa upma loaded with vegetables ensured the participants had the right balance of protein, carbs and fat.

  • The spread of desserts proved that you don’t have to skip the sweet stuff just for your fitness plan. Hurray for those with a sweet tooth!

  • One of the most popular desserts at the table: the tart made with California Walnuts.
