Chefs and food connoisseurs unveil Godrej Food Trends Report at L’affaire 2018

Want to know what the next big thing in food will be? Look no more, the Godrej Food Trends Report – 2018 is here. The report was launched at L’Affaire Season 2, a lifestyle soiree by Godrej in association with Verve on 13th January 2018.
Tanya Dubash, Executive Director & Chief Brand Officer of Godrej Industries, unveiled the report along with Rushina Munshaw Ghildiyal; Chef Vicky Ratnani; Chef Ranveer Brar; Chef Ashish Bhasin, Executive Chef, Trident BKC; Chef Rakhee Vaswani; Chef Michael Swamy; and Kunal Vijaykar.

, Managing Director of A Perfect Bite Consulting, designed and curated the Godrej Food Trends 2018 Report. The report shares the most significant food trends of 2018. These not only include food trends but also focus on restaurant trends and trends in the home kitchen, beverage, health and nutrition sectors as well.
